What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing machine tooling, work holding, and cutting tools
  • Driving process improvements & lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Introducing and validating new machining technology
  • Resolving production issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborating with Design, Quality, and Operations teams

What You Need:

  • HNC qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering + time-served apprenticeship
  • 2+ years in a Production Engineering role
  • Experience in CNC machining, milling, and turning
  • Knowledge of TPM, lean methodologies & process improvements
  • Hands-on AutoCAD/CAM experience
