We are currently recruiting for:

  • 2 x Double Days Maintenance Engineers
  • 1 x Permanent Night Shift Maintenance Engineer

The Company

A leading manufacturer is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the appointment of experienced Maintenance Engineers. Working within a fast-paced CNC machining and manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime and supporting continuous improvement activities across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support.
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
  • Maintenance of CNC turning and milling machinery.
  • Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, drives and automated equipment.
  • Supporting improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
  • Completing maintenance documentation and reports.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
  • Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with CNC machinery.
  • PLC fault-finding experience advantageous.
