About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function for a fantastic international organisation. This is a standalone generalist role with real scope to influence culture, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across a diverse, high-performing, multicultural team. If you love people, enjoy fast-paced environments, and thrive when given autonomy, this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact – reporting to the Director.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Look after all day-to-day HR duties.
  • Look after payroll and benefits.
  • Recruitment and onboarding.
  • Performance, development & systems support.
  • Manage all HR systems.
  • Drive employee engagement & culture.
  • Develop company policy.
  • Lead value-add HR initiatives.

About You

  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a standalone or small-team role.
  • Experience managing payroll with external providers is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a fast-moving or international environment.
  • A passion for employee experience and engagement.
