About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function for a fantastic international organisation. This is a standalone generalist role with real scope to influence culture, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across a diverse, high-performing, multicultural team. If you love people, enjoy fast-paced environments, and thrive when given autonomy, this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact – reporting to the Director.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Look after all day-to-day HR duties.
- Look after payroll and benefits.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Performance, development & systems support.
- Manage all HR systems.
- Drive employee engagement & culture.
- Develop company policy.
- Lead value-add HR initiatives.
About You
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a standalone or small-team role.
- Experience managing payroll with external providers is a plus.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a fast-moving or international environment.
- A passion for employee experience and engagement.
