Temporary HR Advisor/Officer - 6 Month Contract

Location: Crewe (Hybrid Working)

Hourly Rate (Inside IR35) | Equivalent to £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (8:30am - 3:00pm Fridays)

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Temporary HR Advisor/Officer to join our client's team in Crewe for a 6-month assignment, supporting key HR functions and providing vital front-line advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
  • Provide first-line HR advice to managers and staff on a range of issues including policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist with employee relations (ER) casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Support wider HR initiatives and projects as required
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role
  • Confident in providing HR advice and managing day-to-day queries
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to thrive in a hybrid working model with some office-based work in Crewe
