We\’re recruiting on behalf of a client who is searching for a dedicated and organised HR Administrator. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee records with precision and confidentiality.
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to leaver administration.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including contracts and policy updates.
- Help ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant employment legislation and internal procedures.
- Provide administrative assistance for various HR processes, such as performance reviews, training, and probationary meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, escalating complex issues to senior HR team members.
- Contribute to the preparation of payroll data by collating and submitting necessary employee information.
- Provide administrative support during HR meetings, including minute-taking.
