p strong Senior Employee Relations Advisor /strong /p p 📍 Runcorn | Hybrid working model – 3 days office / 2 days remote (1st month 5 days in office for onboarding etc) /p p 💰 Up to £45,000 /p p br /p p We’re supporting a large and fast-paced organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their established HR team. /p p br /p p This is an excellent opportunity for a confident ER professional who enjoys managing complex casework, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and delivering commercially focused HR solutions in a busy environment. /p p br /p p Working as part of a collaborative HR function, you’ll play a key role in providing expert guidance across a wide range of employee relations matters while helping to drive consistency, compliance, and best practice across the business. /p p br /p p strong The Role /strong /p ul li Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of complex employee relations matters. /li li Manage a high volume of ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and investigations. /li li Support with all matters, mediation, and Employment Tribunal preparation. /li li Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes. /li li Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability in handling ER issues. /li li Contribute to policy reviews, process improvements, and wider HR initiatives. /li li Deliver training and support across multiple UK locations where required. /li /ul p br /p p strong About You /strong /p ul li Proven experience in a Senior Employee Relations or ER Specialist role within a fast-paced environment. /li li Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. /li li Experience managing complex and high-volume casework independently. /li li Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li li CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience. /li li Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment. /li li Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages. /li /ul p br /p p strong What’s on Offer /strong /p ul li Hybrid working model – 3 days office / 2 days remote. /li li Opportunity to join a well-established and supportive HR function. /li li Varied and challenging role with real autonomy and influence. /li li Competitive salary and benefits package. /li /ul p br /p
