📍 Crawley office, covering London & South East
We’re looking for a hands‑on Fire & Security Installation Manager to oversee projects across London and the South East, managing a team delivering high‑quality installations and small works for commercial clients.
You\’ll be responsible for multiple sites, ensuring projects run safely, on time, and to exacting standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both technical and people leadership.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading a team of installation engineers
- Managing fire & security installation and small works projects
- Overseeing quality, safety, and compliance
- Supporting client relationships and project performance
