Senior Employee Relations Advisor Runcorn | Hybrid working model – 3 days office / 2 days remote (1st month 5 days in office for onboarding etc) We’re supporting a large and fast-paced organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their established HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident ER professional who enjoys managing complex casework, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and delivering commercially focused HR solutions in a busy environment. Working as part of a collaborative HR function, you’ll play a key role in providing expert guidance across a wide range of employee relations matters while helping to drive consistency, compliance, and best practice across the business. Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of complex employee relations matters. Manage a high volume of ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and investigations. Contribute to policy reviews, process improvements, and wider HR initiatives. Proven experience in a Senior Employee Relations or ER Specialist role within a fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages. Hybrid working model – 3 days office / 2 days remote.
