The predicted salary is between 25000 - 28000 £ per year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding Human Resources function within a highly commercial SME. It’s an exciting business with a strong background and bright future! This role is at the heart of supporting their team of approximately 150 employees to deliver a consistently high level of service while contributing to the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Main Duties:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the HR department - acting as a true generalist
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including placing adverts, shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and attending careers fairs/events.
  • Leading on internal communications and culture
  • Supporting with employee relations
  • Supporting with payroll
  • Supporting initiatives to enhance staff engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience.

Person Specification:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified to Level 5 (or currently working towards this qualification).
  • Proven generalist HR experience, preferably within an SME environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Able to work on site 5 days per week.
