Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to support managers and employees, ensuring best HR practices are embedded across the organization. This role offers the flexibility of home working with occasional travel.

The Role

Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll provide HR guidance and support across a range of areas, from employee relations and performance management to payroll and health & safety. You\’ll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising managers on performance management, appraisals, and employee development
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations, including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
  • Assisting with complex ER cases and providing HR reports to leadership
  • Issuing employment contracts and key HR documentation
  • Ensuring HR processes align with agreed SLAs and business objectives
  • Supporting payroll processes, including new starter information and absence deductions
  • Conducting health & safety risk assessments and DSE assessments
  • Providing HR insights and promoting best practices across the business
  • Travelling to office locations as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)

Predominantly home-based with occasional travel as required.
