HR Business Partner - Interim

Job Advert: Interim HR Specialist (Contract – Inside IR35) – £250-£275 per day – Preston

1 day WFH per week

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Parter to join our client’s team on a contract basis, but with the strong chance of becoming permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to support this organisation during a crucial period of transition and change. Candidates will need to have experience within fast-paced, manufacturing organisations.

Location: Preston (On-site with some travel, plus 1 day WFH per week)

Contract: Inside IR35

Rate: £250 – £275 per day

Duration: Initial contract, potential perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key senior stakeholder
• Manage and support HR projects, including restructures, TUPE, and change management.
• Advise and coach managers on HR best practices

About You:

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) desirable.
