H3 Construct Ltd is seeking an experienced Resin Coating Supervisor to join our growing team for an immediate start on a major refurbishment project.

This is a hands-on supervisory role leading specialist resin flooring and waterproofing installations on a high-profile live construction project.

You'll play a key role in delivering works safely, to the highest quality standards, while managing site operatives and coordinating with our project management team.

The Role

You will be responsible for

  • Supervising resin flooring and waterproofing installations.
  • Leading site operatives and specialist subcontractors.
  • Planning daily activities to achieve programme milestones.
  • Ensuring works are completed safely in accordance with RAMS and company procedures.
  • Maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Reading and interpreting specifications, drawings and manufacturers' requirements.
  • Installing and supervising reinforcement fleece and waterproofing systems.
  • Completing site records, quality inspections and daily progress reports.
  • Liaising professionally with clients, site management, suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Identifying and resolving site issues to maintain productivity and programme.

Essential Experience

We're looking for someone with proven experience in

  • Supervising resin coating and waterproofing projects.
  • MMA, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems.
  • Reinforcement fleece installation.
  • Surface preparation including captive shot blasting and grinding.
  • Moisture testing and substrate assessment.
  • Quality control and snag-free project delivery.
  • Working on live construction sites with multiple trades.
  • Delivering projects safely while maintaining programme.

Essential Requirements

  • SMSTS or SSSTS.
  • CSCS Card (Supervisor or Manager level preferred).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Available for an immediate start.

Desirable

  • Experience with Sika, Triflex, Flowcrete, Mapei or similar specialist resin and waterproofing systems.
  • Experience on multi-storey car parks, bridge decks, podium decks or civil engineering structures.
  • IPAF.
  • PASMA.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • Temporary Works awareness.
  • NVQ in Construction Supervision or related discipline.
