Radnor is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (dependent on skills, experience and demonstrated capability) to add capacity to its Capital Markets Desk, supporting the desk's core function of delivering targeted investor engagement for a growing portfolio of corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day investor engagement, discussing market themes, companies and sector developments;
  • Building deep investor relationships and actively developing new ones;
  • Organising and hosting meetings between corporate clients and investors;
  • Collating, analysing and reporting detailed investor feedback, views and market perceptions;
  • Liaising professionally with corporate management teams, including at C-suite level;
  • Summarising and reporting on company announcements (e.g. results, trading updates);
  • Maintaining proprietary data using CRM systems.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong interest in capital markets and how companies operate, perform and communicate;
  • Excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills;
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strong attention to detail;
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Experience in Equity Sales, Equity Research/Analysis, Investor Relations or Equity Capital Markets (ECM);
  • Existing UK and/or European investor relationships;
  • Phone-based sales or outbound engagement experience;
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and discuss company financial information.

Additional Requirements for Senior Associate

  • Minimum of two years experience engaging with investors and a range of stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead tasks or small projects.
