Our client, an award-winning Audit, Accountancy Tax and Advisory business, has an exciting opportunity for a Tax Director to join their team!
The role:
- You will look to grow the business’s portfolio of tax clients and expand and develop the team.
- Work with the management team to manage and develop the tax team, including recruiting team members and coaching people to reach their potential.
- Build strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients and ensure continued trusted advisor service.
- Build and retain a good network of local contacts within the local market to aid business development.
- Be appropriately qualified with experience of working within a tax environment.
- Be a strong business developer who is keen to build contacts and network within the local business community.
- Be a great people manager who enjoys developing and coaching their team.
- Have experience in corporate tax, private client, and/or mixed tax.
- Be CPA Qualified (Certified Public Accountant).
