Talent Acquisition Advisor – 6 mnth FTC

Our client, a mental health services clinic, has an exciting opportunity for an Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their recruitment team!

The role:

  • To support the TA Partner in delivering the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy approval to verbal offer for a range of single and high-volume vacancies across all levels and categories of role.
  • Manage day to day recruitment for high volume and single vacancies across a mix of clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Use a range of strategies to source high quality candidates including LinkedIn searches, market mapping and specialist advertising.
  • Manage day to day relations with job agencies and other suppliers, as directed by the TA Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition.
  • Support hiring managers by drafting suitable job adverts and conducting appropriate screening of candidates.
  • Support hiring managers by creating assessment materials including interview questions and other testing tools.
  • Comply with all relevant policies and processes including safer recruitment, GDPR and equal opportunities to deliver efficient and effective to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reporting and metrics for the Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Director, and other senior management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and procedures, incorporating feedback from hiring managers, candidates, and new starters.

Key skills/experience:

  • Proven experience of working in an in-house TA role.
  • Experience working with both high volume and scarce skills recruitment.
  • Experience working with job agencies.
  • Experience using an ATS and other HR software.
  • Current and up to date working knowledge and understanding of recruitment related employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships across the organisation.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
