Our client, a car dealership, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their team!

The role:

  • This role will report to the HR Manager, being the point of contact for the teams on site.
  • Supporting and advising on Disciplinary and Grievance issues.
  • Supporting the wider personnel functions including inductions and payroll.
  • Developing and coaching across the group.
  • Recruitment and Selection for the dealerships.
  • Assisting with on-boarding, new starter and leaver processes.
  • Delivering and co-ordinating induction and training programmes.
  • Providing advice on general process and procedural issues.

Key skills/experience:

  • Experience of working in a HR environment.
  • Achieved or working towards a CIPD qualification would be preferred.
  • Relationship building and communication skills.
