Our client, a car dealership, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their team!
The role:
· This role will report to the HR Manager, being the point of contact for the teams on site.
· Supporting and advising on Disciplinary and Grievance issues
· Supporting the wider personnel functions including inductions and payroll
· Developing and coaching across the group
· Recruitment and Selection for the dealerships
· Assisting with on-boarding, new starter and leaver processes
· Delivering and co-ordinating induction and training programmes
· Providing advice on general process and procedural issues
Key skills/experience:
· Experience of working in a HR environment
· Achieved or working towards a CIPD qualification would be preferred
· Relationship building and communication skills
