Our client, a car dealership, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their team!
The role:
- This role will report to the HR Manager, being the point of contact for the teams on site.
- Supporting and advising on Disciplinary and Grievance issues.
- Supporting the wider personnel functions including inductions and payroll.
- Developing and coaching across the group.
- Recruitment and Selection for the dealerships.
- Assisting with on-boarding, new starter and leaver processes.
- Delivering and co-ordinating induction and training programmes.
- Providing advice on general process and procedural issues.
Key skills/experience:
- Experience of working in a HR environment.
- Achieved or working towards a CIPD qualification would be preferred.
- Relationship building and communication skills.
