Swimming Academy Apprenticeship – Start Your Career as a Swimming Teacher
Locations: 2 positions in Antrim | 2 positions in Ballymena
20 hours per week | £12.50 per hour | 1-Year Fixed Term Contract

We are excited to offer 4 Apprenticeship opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children and developing a career in swimming instruction.

What\’s on Offer:

• Fully funded Swimming Teaching Course – gain a professional qualification

Training & Development:

All apprentices will be enrolled in a recognised Swimming Teaching Qualification, delivered during the apprenticeship. This is your pathway to a rewarding career as a swim instructor. Please note: If an apprentice leaves before the 1-year contract is completed, the full cost of the course will be required to be repaid.

Who We\’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and confident individuals
• Great with children and comfortable in the water
• Committed to completing the full 12-month programme
• No previous teaching experience required – just a willingness to learn
• Driving License and access to a vehicle – or working towards this in the near future.

Interviews will take place w/c 19th January. Those shortlisted will then be invited to shadow our teachers within the pool to get a feel for the role

We aim to start the successful applicants in their role by the end of January.

Successful applicants must be available to complete a course on the following dates in February: 6th / 9th / 14th / 27th

Positions Available:

• 2 Apprentices – Antrim location
• 2 Apprentices – Ballymena location
