An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or high-performing Senior Consultant to join a growing recruitment business as part of a long-term strategic expansion within White Collar Technical recruitment. This role offers the chance to build and shape a division with genuine autonomy, making it ideal for somebody entrepreneurial who enjoys developing business, leading from the front, and creating something long-term rather than simply stepping into an already established desk.

The Role

This is a hands-on billing Team Leader position initially, with the opportunity to develop and grow a wider team over time. Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and developing a White Collar Technical recruitment division
  • Business development and client relationship management
  • Growing and managing your own desk
  • Identifying opportunities for long-term growth within the market
  • Supporting, mentoring or overseeing trainees/junior consultants where applicable
