My client are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team! The Role: We are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in our Northampton branch. The role will involve qualifying potential buyers, matching buyers to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, and helping sales to complete, along with delivering exceptional customer service and providing vital administrative support. Weβre searching for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and can excel in a high-energy sales environment. In this role, day to day you can expect to: * Meeting and registering new applicants. * Organising and carrying out viewings. * Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants. * Achieve all daily and weekly targets. * Arrange, organise, and conduct all viewings. * Negotiate any offers received. * Have an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace. * Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them. * Selling other services including solicitors and financial services. Your Skills: * Previous estate agency sales experience. * Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients. * Strong communication skills. * A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently. * Knowledge of the local area. * Flexibility. * A professional and presentable appearance. * A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
