An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or high-performing Senior Consultant to join a growing recruitment business as part of a long-term strategic expansion within White Collar Technical recruitment. This role offers the chance to build and shape a division with genuine autonomy, making it ideal for somebody entrepreneurial who enjoys developing business, leading from the front, and creating something long-term rather than simply stepping into an already established desk. The Role
- Building and developing a White Collar Technical recruitment division
- Business development and client relationship management
- Growing and managing your own desk
- Identifying opportunities for long-term growth within the market
- Supporting, mentoring or overseeing trainees/junior consultants where applicable
- Working closely with management to help shape the direction of the division
- Developing new accounts alongside leveraging existing business relationships where available

- Proven recruitment experience within a 360 recruitment environment
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant
- Strong business development and client management ability
