Lettings Property Manager Location: Daventry Hours: 41.5 hours per week (part-time considered) Salary: Competitive + Benefits About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join a well-established and reputable property management team. This role involves all aspects of property management, from conducting inspections and liaising with landlords to managing maintenance issues and coordinating tenancy agreements. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Complete inventories and final inspections at the start and end of tenancies Assess lettings applicants and match them with suitable properties Oversee maintenance requests, instruct contractors, and ensure timely completion of works Ensure gas and electrical safety certificates remain up to date Handle lettings enquiries and arrange property viewings This role is based in the Daventry office, working closely with the Lettings Manager. You will be responsible for managing landlord and tenant relationships while ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
