The Role
As a Telemarketer / Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for the Business Development team through proactive outbound calling. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective SME clients.
- Speaking with business owners, IT Managers and key decision-makers.
- Identifying business needs and generating qualified sales appointments.
- Managing follow-up activity and nurturing prospects.
- Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system.
- Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and appointment targets.
- Building strong relationships with potential clients through a consultative approach.
