Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of their showroom and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As Showroom Manager, you will take ownership of the daily running of the showroom, ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class buying experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and operational excellence.

Working closely with the Sales, Workshop and Vehicle Preparation teams, you'll ensure vehicles are retail-ready, appointments run smoothly and the showroom consistently reflects the premium standards of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of the showroom.

Deliver an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Welcome customers and ensure a professional first impression at all times.

Coordinate customer appointments, showroom visits and vehicle collections.

Ensure all showroom vehicles are presented to an exceptional standard.

Work closely with the valeting, detailing and workshop teams to ensure preparation deadlines are achieved.

Manage showroom displays, vehicle merchandising and stock presentation.

Coordinate vehicle movements between preparation, workshop and showroom.

Ensure online vehicle listings remain accurate and professionally presented.

Maintain accurate vehicle files and sales administration.

Support marketing activity, showroom events and customer hospitality.

Monitor showroom appearance, cleanliness and health & safety standards.

Drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and showroom operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives within a premium retail or automotive environment.

You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following

  • Prestige automotive retail
  • Dealership or showroom management
  • Luxury retail
  • Premium hospitality
  • Customer experience management

You'll also demonstrate
