Sales / Account Manager – Telecoms / MSP Solutions
Basic: Negotiable – OTE £60,000–£70,000 (Uncapped)

About the Role
An established technology and communications provider is seeking two experienced Account Managers from a telecoms reseller or MSP background to take ownership of existing client portfolios and drive further growth.
This role suits a confident, commercially driven professional who can make an immediate impact — someone used to managing business clients, negotiating renewals, and uncovering new revenue opportunities across UCaaS, connectivity, and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a base of B2B clients across telecoms and managed service solutions.
- Identify and close opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through regular contact and account reviews.
- Liaise with technical and provisioning teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals and pricing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
- Attend client meetings and internal sales reviews as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in account management or B2B sales within a telecoms, UCaaS, or MSP environment.
- Confident managing existing business relationships and developing new opportunities.
- Knowledge of hosted telephony, SIP, broadband, and connectivity solutions.
