The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Rural property agency work – instructions, marketing, negotiations, sales progression
  • Red Book valuations across a variety of rural property types
  • Land & estate management – FBTs, contract farming, and general management
  • RPA & grant schemes – BPS, Countryside Stewardship and similar
  • Planning & development – supporting applications and advising clients
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on their property portfolios
  • Supporting dispersal, collective and fodder sales

About You

  • MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer desirable)
  • Proven experience within rural surveying
  • Strong interest in the agricultural / farming sector
  • Confident, personable, and strong relationship builder
  • Organised with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
