The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Rural property agency work – instructions, marketing, negotiations, sales progression
- Red Book valuations across a variety of rural property types
- Land & estate management – FBTs, contract farming, and general management
- RPA & grant schemes – BPS, Countryside Stewardship and similar
- Planning & development – supporting applications and advising clients
- Providing strategic advice to clients on their property portfolios
- Supporting dispersal, collective and fodder sales
About You
- MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer desirable)
- Proven experience within rural surveying
- Strong interest in the agricultural / farming sector
- Confident, personable, and strong relationship builder
- Organised with the ability to manage your own workload
- Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
