We're growing our creative team and looking for a Senior Digital Creative who thinks as sharply as they design. This isn't just an execution role. You'll own the digital creative output, shape campaign direction, and set the standard for how we think and work across every digital touchpoint, reporting directly to our Creative Director.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading digital creative across brand and campaign projects for international clients
  • Thinking at campaign strategy level, shaping direction, not just delivering it
  • Creating social assets and campaign creative that perform across channels and formats
  • Building scalable design systems with a true variables mindset (components, tokens, theming)
  • Collaborating closely with our Development and Digital Marketing teams
  • Presenting ideas with confidence to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Helping shape how h2o approaches digital creative as we grow

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of creative experience, ideally agency-side with enterprise and SME clients
  • A portfolio that shows real range: brand thinking, campaign concepts, UI work, social and polished digital execution
  • Strong Figma skills are a must, including design systems, component libraries, variables and dev handoff
  • Solid Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Confident with motion design and video content
  • A digital-first mindset and genuine curiosity for what's next, you already using AI to innovate and improve work flows
