About the Role

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing finance brokerage as Trainee Finance Brokers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales and the finance industry. No previous experience is necessary, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You will be responsible for building relationships with businesses and business owners across the UK, understanding their financial requirements and helping them explore suitable finance solutions.

This is a target-driven sales role with excellent earning potential and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact businesses and business owners to generate new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify client requirements and introduce suitable finance solutions.
• Manage sales conversations professionally and confidently.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to wider team objectives.
• Develop a strong understanding of business finance products and the finance industry.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Previous sales or finance experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
