This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ely for a Trainee Finance Broker / Finance Broker. The role is heavily sales-focused and involves making a high volume of outbound calls each day, building customer relationships, generating opportunities, preparing finance proposals, liaising with lenders, and managing documentation throughout the process.
You will work in a fast-paced environment with clear KPIs and targets, so motivation, organisation, and confidence speaking with customers are essential.
