About the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The day-to-day responsibilities of the PPC Media Executive include:
- Manage and optimise established PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
- Launch and optimise new Paid Search & Shopping campaigns.
- Implement and test new PPC features.
- Monitor and assess performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly across multiple campaigns.
- Build out Search Ads at scale.
- Conduct keyword research and identify new product opportunities.
- Review ad copy, write and test adverts for effectiveness.
- Perform bid optimisations.
- Analyse trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports on key metrics and performance summaries to provide insights to the wider team.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC and SEM trends.

Requirements
Skills Required
- 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths & English
- 2 years experience in PPC (Google Ads and Google Analytics).
- Ability to think creatively to enhance campaign performance.
- Strong numeracy and excellent written communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and decisiveness.
- Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn new skills.
