The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join our busy and expanding team with no cold calling. Alongside a fair salary, you will earn commission based on your sales conversions OTE. The sky is the limit with this, and our Sales team earns a comfortable wage each month that we are all proud of.

As a sales advisor you will have direct, telephone contact with our customers. There is no cold calling in this role; all of our customers have reached out to us and you will provide good advice and offer a great range of our own branded ink and toner products. The conversations are varied: one minute you will be helping an individual and the next you will be advising a large business on their requirements. You will advise, remove any doubts and close the deal. Thanks to your natural manner as a real 'people person' and the product training received from us, you will be able to sell. Targets are realistic and you will be able to earn a good monthly bonus on top of your salary. How much the bonus is, is all down to you and your selling skills.

Essential Skills

The ideal applicant will possess:

  • Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
  • A naturally positive communicator with the ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers
  • A problem-solver with a helpful nature
  • A confident and enthusiastic team player with a friendly disposition
  • The ability to multitask with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT literate, including competency with Excel
