An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as an Ecommerce Content Administrator. We are looking for a highly accurate, data-focused Ecommerce Data & Content Administrator to support the day-to-day management of our online product catalogue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. While some product description writing is required, the role is primarily focused on data input, validation, and maintenance, with AI tools and internal guidelines supporting the writing aspect. The role is based fully on site in Winsford.
About the Role:
- Accurately input, maintain and update product data using internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Manage large datasets with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Carry out product research to ensure all content is relevant, informative, and tailored to the intended audience.
- Proofread and quality-check product content to ensure 100% accuracy, professional tone, and readability.
- Create and update accurate and engaging product content, including writing product descriptions and selecting appropriate images using internal guidelines and AI-assisted tools.
- Work closely with other departments to share key product and content information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay up to date with product areas, including new releases, features, and category-specific trends.
- Ensure content follows agreed formatting, naming conventions, and data standards.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising workload based on team and business needs with a high level of precision.

Requirements:
- Strong written English with good grammar and spelling (GCSE or A-Level English at a high grade is sufficient)
