We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Development Advisor to join our dedicated growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building trust and long term relationships, and working towards clear goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
We offer a highly competitive basic salary of £28,500 plus unlimited OTE with a protected commission of £500 for the first 4 months. Based on site in our Crewe office, working hours 08:50am – 5:20pm.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, through consultative conversations, you'll encourage existing customers to trial our own branded products and demonstrate the value and benefits they can bring to their business by making the switch.
- Contacting existing business customers via outbound calls and introducing our own-brand toner solutions.
- Arranging product trials and managing follow-up conversations.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Managing your sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Delivering quotations and converting opportunities into sales.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across office supplies, paper and labels.
- Achieving revenue, conversion and activity KPIs.
- Collaborating with colleagues across sales and support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements
Essential Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in contact centre account management sales.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in an outbound phone-based sales environment excluding account management.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work towards and achieve KPIs and targets.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience selling printers, stationery, ink cartridges or toner products.
