We are looking for an Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor to join our busy and expanding team. Are customers having issues checking out? Provide assistance. Are they unsure if they can get the product cheaper? Provide assurance. The Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor closes the sale by offering genuine advice and knowledge, earning a nice commission for doing so.
Alongside a fair salary, you will earn commission based on your sales conversions. The sky is the limit with this, and our Sales team earns a comfortable wage each month that we are all proud of. You will receive training on our products, and we will also provide ongoing sales support training to help you progress to the top of your game. Our training is designed to maximize your confidence, increase your abilities, and help you be happy with your achievements every day.

About the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales calling
- Promotion of own brand products
- Meet and exceed individual targets
- Advise on customer queries and recommend suitable products
- Build relationships with customers
- Accurately maintain the database

Requirements
Skills Required:
- Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
- Naturally positive communicator, a real people person!
