They are heavily investing in AI across their product suite and this is an exciting time to join.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within an assigned portfolio of large enterprise accounts across the DACH region. You will carry a monthly and annual sales quota based on new business sales through targeted upsell and cross‑sell campaigns across the full legal and compliance product suite. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, collaborate with account specialists, solution consultants, product specialists and marketing teams to build effective sales strategies. You will lead complex sales cycles from identification through to close, conduct customer business reviews, and present tailored solutions that address specific client challenges. You will also work closely with customer success and professional services teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client satisfaction.

You will be an experienced enterprise software sales professional with 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the software/technology industry, ideally with exposure to legal technology, compliance, regulatory or professional services solutions. You will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrated ability in solution selling and strategic account planning for complex enterprise accounts. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is required. Fluent German is essential for this role. Ideally you will be based in Germany, however candidates based in the UK with fluent German language skills will also be considered.

On offer is a highly competitive base salary €100k-€130k plus an attractive commission/bonus structure with strong OTE of €200k-€230k for consistent performers.
