The Role:
In this brand-new Senior Account Executive position you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of SaaS solutions around HR, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and Financial Management technology aimed at Mid-Market and corporate clients in the Accountancy and Professional Services sectors.
Supported by an outstanding marketing, onboarding and customer success team, you will be tasked with performing a business development (new business) role in the UK&I market. You will be working in an autonomous sales environment (not micro-managed) so we are looking for self-motivated candidates that can work in a hybrid environment of home and office in Central London 2-3 days per week.
The Candidate:
We require candidates with a demonstrable track record of over-achievement in the mid-market Software arena who have worked in a new business capacity. Obviously Financial Software experience is the most desirable, but please still get in touch if you have sold other technology into Finance, Legal, Marketing or HR Departments of corporate or mid-market clients
You must be driven and self-motivated, with the ability to follow a structured and consultative sales cycle as this company is a global market leader and their clients expect a high-quality level of service and support.
The Package:
Package is ultimately negotiable for an Senior Account Executive, however initial indications are in the region of £70,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission generating a Year 1 OTE of circa £120-140k.
