Job Title: Senior Account Executive

The Role:
In this brand-new Senior Account Executive position, you will be responsible for managing and strategically developing an exclusive portfolio of Enterprise clients. Dealing at C-Suite level (CPO, CHRO, CIO, CTO), you will be charged with developing long-term relationships and solution-selling complex L&D Solutions to some of the UK’s largest Logos.
Supported by an outstanding team of consultants, pre and post-sales support, customer success and delivery teams, you will be the point-person on hunting for growth representing a diverse and innovative portfolio of Technical and non-technical L&D solutions.
The Candidate:
Due to the extremely consultative nature of this GTM strategy, we want to be speaking to candidates within reasonable proximity of a London office, with experience and a demonstrable track record in:
- Consultancy-led portfolios – i.e. Diverse, multi-solution offering… not product-led
- C-Suite focused ICP engagement
- Enterprise-level clients (FTSE, Fortune, etc)
Whilst experience representing a IT Training or L&D solution is desirable, it is also not essential, so please get in touch if you have worked for other consulting houses in the worlds of finance, IT/ Tech, etc.
It is essential you have experience in managing and developing key client relationships and have a proactive approach to growth and expansion
The Package:
For the right Senior Account Executive there will be a competitive basic salary in the region of £80,000 + Uncapped Commission (Double) + Excellent Benefits package.
