The Role:
This is a brand-new Sales Development Representative / SDR position, charged with taking an award-winning portfolio of Software and SaaS solutions into the corporate AEC space in the UK. The technology portfolio is vast and diverse and includes award-winning CRM Software, costing and estimating software, project management, workflow and Agentic AI. You will be supporting a senior team of experienced Account Executives who are also tasked with coaching and developing their SDRs into Account Executives ASAP, so career progression is realistic, achievable and encouraged.
The Candidate:
For this Sales Development Representative / SDR role, we’re seeking new business sales candidates who have 1+ year's experience and a demonstrable track record of developing new business opportunities from scratch. You will have the ability and preparedness to perform prospecting and lead generation activity, although you will also be supported by a successful and innovative marketing engine and outstanding training and coaching.
The Package:
Depending on experience, the package for this Sales Development Representative role will be up to £35,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE. Due to the competitiveness of the commission plan, the earning potential is very lucrative, and we would anticipate the successful candidates to have the ability to make circa £50,000 in the first year… and potentially much more for over achievement. You will also receive a competitive benefits package and the ability to really carve out a name for yourself in this rapidly expanding technology business.
