An exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling, well-funded technology company that is transforming the way businesses buy and run their internet infrastructure. Our client combines hardware, software and operations into a single, vertically integrated platform β removing the friction, misaligned incentives and inefficiency that have held the industry back for decades. Backed by some of the worldβs leading investors with over $150M in VC funding raised to date, and a team of around 200 operators, they are building for the long term and are only just getting started.
As part of their continued growth, they are now hiring a Partner Account Manager to own the success and performance of their UK installation partner network β the engine that ensures world-class network installations are delivered consistently and at scale.
The Role:
- Own partner relationships end-to-end β becoming the first call partners make, maintaining a regular cadence, and ensuring they feel supported and motivated.
- Drive partner performance management β reviewing KPIs such as on-time arrival, documentation quality, installation standards and rework rates, and leading informed accountability conversations.
- Manage commercial negotiations β crew expansions, pricing discussions and contract ownership across partner programmes.
- Build and launch programmes that strengthen the partner ecosystem β scorecards, incentive schemes, onboarding systems and feedback loops.
- Translate field insights from technicians and partners into actionable improvements across engineering, product, dispatch and service delivery.
The Candidate:
- You will bring 5β8 years of experience in operations, vendor management or partner-facing roles that involve physical-world services (field services, installations, construction or logistics).
- You are equally comfortable building strong relationships and holding experienced field operators to account, and you have a track record of shipping operational programmes β not just running them.
- 5β8 years in operations, vendor/partner management or service delivery involving physical-world operations.
- Proven experience managing external vendors or partners in field services, installations, construction or logistics.
- Evidence of building or improving operational programmes end-to-end (scorecards, onboarding, incentive or certification schemes).
- Commercial experience β negotiating pricing, contracts or crew/capacity expansions with service partners.
- Strong performance-management skills β tracking KPIs, running reviews and driving accountability with external parties.
- Confident holding partners accountable while maintaining trust and rapport with senior field operators.
- Based in London (or willing to relocate) and happy to travel 30β40% for field visits.
The Package:
On offer is a base salary of Β£100,000βΒ£140,000 depending on experience, plus competitive equity in a high-growth business with genuine upside. This is a hybrid role based in London with 30β40% travel to partner sites. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate on a case-by-case basis; local candidates are preferred. Culturally, this is a collaborative, high-bar business that invests in working together in person. You should be energised by a fast-moving environment where being in the field and close to the team really matters.
