Exciting new Enterprise Account Executive opportunity with a rapidly expanding provider of Agentic AI solutions for CX Applications.

Non-Negotiable experience required:

  • Enterprise-level sales experience - £500k+ ACV deal sizes
  • Multi-stakeholder focused sales – technical and business ICPs
  • Career stability and demonstrable track record of success
  • New business focused experience and mindset
  • Experience of working in a start-up or scale-up environment highly preferred – i.e. Series A to C journey

The Role:

In this brand-new Senior Enterprise Account Executive position, you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from cradle-to-grave, targeting C-Suite decision makers at EMEA Enterprise clients – 5,000+ FTE organisations. Representing an award-winning, cutting-edge, AI-Forward technology portfolio, you will be supported by a top-quality team of marketing, SDR, Technical and Customer Success, giving you a platform to generate new business in a greenfield territory.

The Candidate:

We are keen to speak to Enterprise Account Executive candidates with previous experience selling an AI-led portfolio into Enterprise size clients – 5,000+ FTEs. It is absolutely essential that you be an individual contributor with a demonstrable track record of closing 6-figure deals, that are complex and multi-stakeholder in nature, and new logo. While we are open to a variety of technologies, the first choice is candidates with experience selling Agentic AI around CX, CCaaS, Customer Engagement and Conversational AI. Alternative Enterprise-level sales experience will be considered, so long as it targets technical ICPs and works at the right level in terms of ACV.

The Package:

On offer for a new Senior Enterprise Account Executive is a competitive base salary in the region of £120,000, an uncapped and rewarding commission plan with aggressive accelerators providing an additional £120,000+ per annum as a minimum for top performers. Excellent benefits and equity are all on the table for top talent.
