The Role

What you'll be doing:
- Running rapid product marketing experiments — iterating on website messaging, structure, and conversion using Webflow and Figma to find what resonates with sophisticated legal buyers
- Owning top‑of‑funnel pipeline generation with meetings booked as your North Star metric
- Building and managing paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google) as the motion matures
- Analysing experiment results and feeding insights back to the GTM lead and C‑suite
- Supporting broader growth initiatives including events, partnerships, and positioning work with the founders
What we're looking for:
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B growth or product marketing, ideally at early‑stage startups
- Webflow and Figma proficiency (or very close adjacents)
- Genuinely AI‑native — you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex daily, and you've built something with them, not just chatted
