Enterprise Account Director

Package: ÂŁ110,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE (ÂŁ220k) + Outstanding Benefits Package.

International Consultancy House in the arena of Talent, Learning & Development and HR Consultancy requires a new Enterprise Account Director in the UK to own and expand a portfolio of Tier 1 Enterprise clients.
The Role
In this brand-new Enterprise Account Director position, you will be responsible for managing and strategically developing an exclusive portfolio of Tier 1 Enterprise clients. Dealing at C‑Suite level (CPO, CHRO), you will be charged with developing long‑term relationships and solution‑selling complex HR and L&D Solutions to some of the UK’s largest logos.
Supported by an outstanding team of consultants, pre and post‑sales support, customer success and delivery teams, you will be the point‑person on hunting for growth representing a diverse and innovative portfolio of Corporate HR and Talent solutions.
Qualifications
Due to the extremely consultative nature of this GTM strategy, we want to be speaking to candidates within reasonable proximity of a London office, with experience and a demonstrable track record in:
- Consultancy‑led portfolios – i.e. Diverse, multi‑solution offering… not product‑led
Whilst experience representing an HR‑led solution is desirable, it is also not essential, so please get in touch if you have worked for other consulting houses in the worlds of finance, IT/Tech, etc.
It is essential you have experience in managing and developing key client relationships and have a proactive approach to growth and expansion.
Compensation
For the right Enterprise Account Director there will be a competitive basic salary in the region of ÂŁ110,000 + Uncapped Commission (Double) + Excellent Benefits package.
