A rapidly expanding HR technology / SaaS business operating in the growth areas of employee recognition, wellbeing and benefits is looking to add a content marketing executive to their team as part of their continued growth for the European business unit.

The Role: Reporting to the head of marketing for the UK / digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for implementing their strategy from a content perspective. You will be creating content around case studies and success stories from clients using their offerings. You will also work closely alongside the events team to promote events, as well as creating content and thought leadership pieces around key areas such as wellbeing, recognition, and employee benefits.

The Candidate: You will be a highly ambitious B2B marketing executive with a track record of creating engaging content that adds value to your brand and business. Any exposure to the HR, recognition, wellbeing, or employee benefits world is beneficial, however not essential, as long as you are keen to learn about the space and can demonstrate a good understanding of content-based growth marketing strategies (landing pages, website, SEO, case studies).

The Package: On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of £30,000-£40,000, which may be flexible depending on experience, pension, and health. Also on offer is the opportunity to work with a company that is growing and promotes from within, looking to build and develop their UK office.
