Responsibilities:
- Sell the company's complete range of tax technology solutions and services to existing customers across the EMEA region.
- Manage a pipeline of cross-sell and upsell opportunities within a set of existing accounts, achieving and exceeding monthly booking goals.
- Establish and grow professional relationships at all levels up to executive, build lead-generation campaigns, and use networking to increase sales.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and webinars, negotiate contracts and pricing, and collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work in a hybrid model: 1-2 days per week from the London office.
Candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B selling of managed services, SaaS software or VAT-related services with a proven quota-carrying track record.
- Knowledge of indirect tax or VAT is required.
- Experience in establishing communication and engagement with customers, coordinating across accounts, and balancing multiple sales opportunities.
- Territory and account planning discipline.
- Specialised knowledge of the retail, software, logistics, finance, accounting or tax industries is a distinct advantage.
- Comfortable using AI tools and curious about how AI can drive efficiency.
