I'm currently partnering with a global, market-leading software business that has been investing heavily in product development to bring a range of new AI-powered offerings to the European marketplace. They're now looking for a Sales Executive to spearhead new business growth across French- and/or Spanish-speaking markets. This is a hunter role. You'll be building pipeline from scratch, opening new accounts, and running full-cycle SaaS sales. If you thrive on creating something where little exists — territory planning, outbound prospecting, winning new logos — this will suit you.

Responsibilities

  • Own a European territory with full responsibility for pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Sell consultatively into multiple stakeholders, running the entire sales cycle from cold outreach through to close, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a broad product suite.
  • Take genuinely innovative AI-driven products to market at exactly the right time.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales professional with a track record of building pipeline through proactive outbound.
  • Comfortable adapting approach across different European cultures and buying processes.
  • Confident presenting and demoing to senior stakeholders both remotely and in person.
  • Fluency in French or Spanish.
  • Understanding of AI, legal sector or legal technology is a strong advantage, but not a dealbreaker if you can demonstrate success in a similar software role.
  • Self-starting, resilient, target-driven, comfortable in a "start-from-scratch" environment.
  • Disciplined with CRM and forecasting.
  • Genuinely motivated by winning new business.
