Whether you’re an experienced PT or a new graduate with a strong orthopedic foundation, we provide the mentorship and clinical support to help you thrive and expand your skillset from day one. You’ll treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions, with the opportunity to specialize in areas like manual therapy, vestibular rehab, and concussion care. We also support clinicians interested in expanding into pelvic health, a growing focus within our practice, as part of our commitment to a holistic, whole-person approach to care.
Your Role:
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
- Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time
- Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
Qualifications:
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
