We are recruiting on behalf of one of London's most exclusive private members clubs. We are seeking a talented Sushi Sous Chef to join their elite kitchen team.

About the Role: As Sushi Sous Chef, you will deliver an outstanding sushi and Japanese cuisine offering. You will have a strong understanding of traditional and contemporary sushi techniques, be passionate about high-quality ingredients, and thrive in a fast-paced, refined environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-end sushi dishes to the highest standard
