About the Role
As a Spa Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the spa environment is impeccably presented, welcoming, and tranquil for every guest. You'll support the seamless operation of the spa by maintaining cleanliness, replenishing amenities, and providing thoughtful, discreet service that reflects the high standards of a luxury hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa facilities including treatment rooms, lounges, locker areas, and wet areas
- Ensure all amenities, towels, robes, and refreshments are stocked and neatly arranged
- Greet guests warmly and assist with spa orientation when needed
- Support therapists and the front-of-house team in delivering a five-star guest journey
- Monitor and report any maintenance or health & safety concerns promptly
- Uphold discretion and guest privacy at all times
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
