We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operations across two unique, historic boutique hotels in London. Both properties are renowned for their charm, heritage, and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping across both properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort. You'll manage and mentor a dedicated team, coordinate daily operations, and maintain a sharp eye for detail and consistency across both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train and motivate the housekeeping teams across both hotels
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas
- Manage rotas, stock levels, and budgets effectively
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand and quality standards
- Liaise closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations

- Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a luxury or boutique hotel environment
