Cloakroom Attendant

We currently have vacancies for experienced Cloakroom attendantsto work in five-star hotels in Central London.

Working full time, including weekends on a rota basis, the role requires a passion for a high standard of cleanliness to ensure all rooms/areas are cleaned to a high level of attention to detail.

Successful candidates will need an eye for detail as well being able to demonstrate a good command of the English language, be well groomed with a professional appearance and above all have previous hotel experience in a similar role.

Cloakroom Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the cleanliness of cloakroom/washroom and lobby areas.

2. Welcome all guests and receive coats, bags and other personal belongings from them and keep them in the designated area.

3. Ensuring that you are always polite and helpful towards guests and colleagues.

4. Maintain and clean all public area washrooms in the hotel.
