Contract Type: Full-Time (Fully flexiblenight and shift work is essential)

About the Role:

As a Dealer Inspector, you will be responsible for supervising live table games to ensure the highest standards of integrity, efficiency, and guest service. You will monitor gameplay as well as handling dealer duties, always maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise live table games ensuring fair play and adherence to casino procedures

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a high-end environment

• Ensure full compliance with Gambling Commission regulations and internal controls

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a gaming supervisory role or similar

• Strong knowledge of all core casino table games (including Roulette, Blackjack, Poker variants, Baccarat)

• Must hold a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL)

• Customer service focused with excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong attention to detail and integrity

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
